We have always found them to be extremely friendly, courteous, willing and helpful, and available at the end of the phone to all staff. Not only do they run a weekly payroll for our part time staff, they run a monthly payroll for our full time staff (in total approximately thirty staff). This is always undertaken in a timely manner with the payments set up online at our Bank. In addition they report to us our PAYE liability and have always willingly responded to any additional requests for information, reports etc.

As a small business with 12 staff, I do not have the expertise and ‘in house’ finance ability for payroll and book keeping so from day one; I made a conscious decision to outsource this to the experts.
I found Julie Smith listed in Yellow Pages: she was one of the few payroll bureau who carried and industry accreditation which immediately instilled confidence. She was one of three possibles from YP I met with; and Julie was the one I chose. She was enthusiastic, friendly, professional and above all else seemed to know what she was doing.

As decisions go, it was a good one. Julie has exceeded expectations, has delivered a quality of service second to none and is reliable, accurate and on time. She works from our offices one day a month and has become a valued team member and separately, the payroll is run from her home office once a month. With all these things, time is of the essence. We have our routine worked out and it all ticks along very nicely with every deadline being met; and accurately.
